DO NOT BUY MIKASA PRODUCTS AT ALL!!

Those other reviews that are so glowing must be made-up! Let me tell you the truth about these dishes! The finish came off the first time I washed them in the dishwasher EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY DISHWASHER SAFE. They are light and flimsy!After sending all the documentation the rep for the company ASKED for information over again!! Every time I sent the what they requested, the company asked for something else! This went on for the entire month of August!! Although I sent receipts, photos, everything they wanted regarding these defective dishes, after all of that, which included 1/4” worth of documentation, they refused to issue me a credit! Zoom in on the photos to see the weird rainbow effect on plates from the finish coming off and see how THIN the plates are! I wouldn’t serve my dog on these plates! HOWEVER… WHEN I told the Rep. at MACYS my problem, she worked it out for me. I think her name was Kathy. SO THANK YOU KATHY AND A HUGE THANK YOU TO MACYS!! YAY MACYS!!!👍🏼😁

Veterans new home gift

Gave as a gift to veteran and his wife also a veteran. Both served one in Afghanistan other in Kuwait. They are moving into a home built for them by a veteran organization. He has titanium legs. They were grateful to replace their Target dinnerware.

I love my dishes! They are just what I wanted! Light weight , micro, dishwasher, and oven safe! I hope they will be chip resistant as I just started using will see. Also they are a good size for my cupboards. Thank you for your easy and responsive help in my purchase.

Simple, Lovely China

I wanted some new everyday china to replace the everyday Wedgwood I had used for 22 years, and I chose this set from Mikasa. It is classic and not fussy but still sets a lovely table. The bowls are great for soup, salad or ice cream.
