Online shopping with Macy’s is the worst thing

Almost every other time I order, I get sent a used item and beat up packaging. Is this how you guys treat your customers? Taking our money for supposedly new items and then scamming us, do you think we wouldn’t realise? I don’t know how you guys are operating, but if I wanted to buy a used item I’d go to a thrift store. You guys should be shutdown.

Beautiful crystal 14" Mikasa vase

This is a beautiful vase. Never disappointed with Mikasa. The brilliant sparkle. The size was not right for me because I was purchasing it for my granddaughter and it is way to big and heavy. It's a beautiful vase and if you are looking for a tall vase this us the one.

I need to rtn, broken badly, pkg'd incorrect, no fragile signs on box and battered. sadden upon receiving. do I rtn to Macys?

Beautiful but.......

I can't return it because the box has been destroyed. There is a huge crack in the bottom of this vase and it will not hold water. I didn't notice until I put flowers in it.

damaged product

Vase is beautiful. Unfortunately when we put water in it and flowers it began to leak. The leak over night then leaked glue on our glass table. it was like glue
