Damaged product

Received a broken salad plate in the box... at first, they wanted me to repack and ship the entire set back. That was unacceptable, because I had already broken down the shipping container as I unpacked the dishes. We will see how long it takes to receive the missing plate....

Love my new dishes!

I love to eat with these beautiful dishes. They clean up well. Only bad thing is that a few of the plates came broken.

Not the same ! I purchased a second set this year to add to another set from 2 years ago . The color is off white and just not the same in size . The newer set is a pinch smaller ! So disappointed . These are going back !!!!

Arrived Promptly & No Broken Items

I was very pleased with Macy’s prompt delivery that included the entire set in tact. The Italian Countryside by Mikasa was even more attractive and classic than in the online pictures.
