These plates are very lightweight and they are warped. I am giving the set away and going back to Noritake. Pattern is lovely.
Very Elegant
I bought this set and have been enjoying it. Got a lot of complements as well. I did not put those in the dishwasher as suggested. Would have been happier if it was dishwasher safe.

Don't hesitate - this set is a good investment
The gray works very well with my navy blue and white dining room. Lovely pattern. Nice enough to be served as your elegant china set. Would like to have matching serving platters for a large gathering. Very pleased with set.
Absolutely love it!
The dinnerware set was packaged very well and arrived in good condition. We did not experience any delay in receiving our order. As soon as we opened the package, we were in awe. The design is simply beautiful. We ordered few dinnerware sets from another store but were not impressed and returned the items. But will keep this Mikasa dinnerware set for life

Is this set a "second"?
While a beautiful set with a classic look and feel to it, great price point and clean lines a number of the pieces come across as "seconds" with bubbles, missmatched seams and rough edges. Will call Macy's to see if they will hopefully replace these pieces.
