Incomplete order and TERRIBLE customer service

This toy was shipped to the store without the interactive bone. There is an OBVIOUS outline on the front of the box where it was affixed but the bone was missing, making it worthless. Any person looking at this box would see there was something missing yet it was packaged anyway. The toy was presented to me in a sealed outer box and so the problem was not discovered until I opened the box at home. I drove 45 mins each way to pick up this package. I am disgusted that I spent over 2 hours on two calls with customer service and my problem still has not been solved and now I've been charged twice. Both agents were EXTREMELY difficult to understand and it was necessary for them to continually repeat themselves to clarify what they were saying. The first rep sent me a %off email coupon for "my trouble" and then she thought she was done. WHAT??!! A discount for a future purchase does not fix the order, does not return my money for a useless item, and certainly does not solve the problem that I still do not have the toy my child requested for Xmas! And you call that customer service? I had to demand that the problem be resolved and she seemed surprised that the coupon wasn't good enough. Now apparently because I requested a refund for this item it was sent "to be reviewed by the store." Neither rep could explain what that meant, how long it will take, or who would follow up with me. I have had better customer service at Walmart and Target. Just another nail in Macy's coffin, your store really won't be missed and will be easily replaced.
