Product Quality

Lovely looking rug but within 3 months the banding around the edge of the runner separated! This should have been caught by quality control!! I called Macy's and went the the Short Hills store and nothing could be done since it was past the 30 day warranty. Overall, I like the rug. Bought the large area, a smaller rug and the runner. Okay rug for light carpet traffic.
