The perfect bag

Got this for my wife as her work bag. She LOVES it. Lots of space for her computer and whatever else she puts in it. The lunch bag is great- she can take it out of the bottom zip compartment without taking everything out. The ‘shelf’ that is created when you zip the lunch bag compartment apparently is stellar - I can even find things in there. It keeps everything of the bottomless bottom of the bag. This is a bag clearly designed by a woman for women. 10/10. Would buy another from the same brand.

Disappointed

I loved all of the pockets in the bag. What I didn’t like is that the zippers stick, they are difficult to open and close. Two weeks after I used it a knob fell off from the bottom of the bag.
