Are These Seconds???

We have purchased this slipper numerous times through the years. They are soft & warm, and wear well. But this pair ordered from Macy's is too short! I ordered the same size as always, and threw away the box, then realized the slippers DO NOT FIT! So disappointing. Will Macy's still allow a return???
