Cheap necklace

The necklace I received does not look like the picture. The chain goes into the turquoise and looks sleeker in pic. The actual necklace looks like an 8-year-old made it with a cheap jewelry set. The sides of the chains go up and out and looks awful and have I said cheap? soooooooo disappointed. I will not order from Macy's anymore.
