size 1 up!

I am a 8-10 in women's clothing across all brands. I ordered this shapewear in M and L. It was tough getting the M on and when I did have it on, the top band was hurting my rib cage, too tight! The L fit well, it smoothed out my muffin top. If you are trying to shave inches off your waist (miraculously make a belly disappear), look for another product. If you are trying to smooth out certain bulges, this does the job.

Great cincher!

I love the fact that I don't have to pull it off when going to the bathroom. Does a great job and does not roll up or down. While applying the needed pressure, it does not hurt.
