Problem- the straps are only

Problem- the straps are only movable to the decorative hinge so cannot get really tight.

I am very pleased with

I am very pleased with purchase. I am taking water therapy several days a week am glad I found this top. The neckline is high enough that I feel very comfortable around therapists.
