Very disappointed

Item was order thru macys was from (miss circle women aleena) Received the item Doesn’t fit Return to macys store And i jus got credit only half of my money Called customer service (i need my money back to my credit card) The say ok I didn’t see money there Its gone take forever… Very disappointed… Never had this issue from macys…. I hope macys solve this matter…
