Runs small

This dress looked adorable online, but it was very different in person. First, it runs very small. I am always a size small or size 4 in dresses (bra size 34B). I could not even zip it up. Second, the skirt flared out at the bottom in a very strange way. It was almost like the hem had some sort of wiring in it. It was not flattering on me. Also, the silver glitter immediately got all over the floor, so be careful with that. This would have been so much prettier without the added flare at the bottom of the skirt, and thicker chiffon straps (maybe off-shoulder). I am also not a fan of the little pieces of lace that stick out along the bustline.
