Unresponsive Seller...

I bought this and it didn't fit. I have been trying to return the item for a little over a week now. I have called Macys.com twice and they claimed to have reached out to the seller but no response. I am stuck with an item that does not fit. I have ordered a new size hoping to return the first order. So no, I will not recommend that you go through this stress of no communication for an item.
