Not happy

I ordered this robe as a birthday gift for my 97 year old mom who has been a long time customer of Miss Elaine nightwear. The first robe’s zipper would not engage to go up and down. She suggested she could step into it. That was not going to happen at 97! So, we reorder the robe again. The zipper was sticky, but after washing and repeated zipping up and down, I knew it stuck a little, but shortened it for her and sent it to her again. After trying repeatedly, she is still unable to get the zipper to consistently go up. This line of nightwear is meant for mature women. It seems the company could employ better quality control. She will try putting it over her head?!?!
