Sizing off/Zipper Defective

I was happy to buy another Miss Elaine robe for my 93 yr old mother as she loved the one I bought her for Christmas. After getting lost in the mail for a few weeks, I was so disappointed the sizing is completely different than the first one. Over-sized everywhere, arms, length, width, and shoulders. Of course I washed it before I put it on her before I realized she can't wear it. It's also has a defective zipper, that is not functional. I wish this came in Petite, as I purchased a Small. I'm hoping Macys will still allow me to return this item.

Shedding

The fit and the zipper were great BUT after first washing the material shedded. Even after washing it a second time it continued to shed. Terrible.

Love the robe but I zipper is very very difficult to work.
