Not happy with this robe

The advertisement for this robe said it had a zippered front. That was incorrect as it had snaps down the front. I thought I could make this work but the side plackets are not sewed down so the front is all twisted up by the snaps. I washed and dried the robe to see if it would soften up and lay better but that didn't work either.
