Very Disappointed with Packaging

I was not at all pleased with the way this bathrobe was wadded up with big pieces of tape randomly stuck inside the wad on the material along with the paperwork, and literally stuffed in plastic. It was a mess! I am totally disappointed!

Nice robe with 2 exceptions

Like the medium weight of the fabric. Very soft and comfortable robe except for the embroidery. The inside of the embroidery is scruffy. Hoping with multiple washings it will soften up. I wish they would leave embroidery off of robes and pajamas, always causes some degree of irritation. Also wish the zipper came apart at the bottom so you did not have to step in. But I was just happy to find a robe with a zipper.
