Perfect Timing

The most beautiful vivid colors ever, and it tells its own story. Especially since it is Black History Month! My Great granddaughter will not arrive in time to wear it for black history this year, but it is absolutely gorgeous. The colors are very vivid just as shown in the picture. I cannot wait to see her in this outfit. Sizing was on point..
