Looks awesome, feels amazing, works flawlessly

Such a beautiful piece, from the art-like hammered blade to the gorgeous birchwood handle. It feels amazing, lightweight but serious. It truly feels like a professional knife but I tend to be a lot more careful with this piece. The specific size 6” was a great mid-way between a sparring knife and a chef’s knife. The price was definitely justifiable. I’m tempted to add another piece to my collection.

Birchwood me up Scotty

Birch wood handle is by far my favorite handle of all of my Miabi knives. Blade is sharp and cuts with ease as I have come to expect. Will more than likely be updating all of my cutlery to the Birchwood handled collection.

This is my 7th Miyabi- 13 years commited.

I actually got this gorgeous utility knife as a gift from a friend. I have multiple Miyabi knives, (including the OG 9.5” Chef Knife), but this is my 1st Birchwood handle. Everything about the knife is fine tuned and gorgeous. There are few knives I’ve used that I prefer, and none of which fall into the cost range of these. Seriously- I love these knives.

Amazing knife
