My husband and I love this knife! Not only is it beautiful but its quality is outstanding! We are very happy with this purchase.

I was gifted this knife, and it is an investment for my cooking, I am satisfied with how smoothly it can cut in fruits and those harder root veggies (squash, sweet potato, etc) . Will be sticking with this brand from here on out!

Poor experience

Knife did not last, purchased this knife as a present and within a month of use it broke cutting vegetables. Knife does not hold up well to basic vegetables.
