Beautiful Kitchen Set

The knives are absolutely beautiful and very sharp. They have excellent balance. The weight is a little light in comparison to some older chopping knives that we are used to. However, the sharpness and sharpen-ability of the blades more than over compensate. Overall these are probably the last knives (knife set) we will need and continue to use in our kitchen.

Great knife set

Got these as a Christmas gift from my husband and they’re great! The quality seems sturdy and the blades are very sharp. They’re comfortable to handle and the block doesn’t take up too much space on the countertop.

Excellent knives

This is my first set of Japanese (nonetheless expensive) knives. I had no idea Miyabi is apart of the Henckels brand. These knives are amazing. Its construction and build is top notch and the handle makes for an effortless cut. The blades are sharp straight out of the box and the design overall is captivating. On the edges of the knives is a very detailed angle, I could only imagine it’s to assist with cutting into larger items (watermelon, etc). I’m sure there are knives that has a composition much better than these, but for the price (especially on a sale), this is set is well beyond its worth in gold. The knife block is an added bonus because adequate and safe storage is imperative for these knives.

Extremely sharp and beautiful knives

I have been saving up for these for a year, and they did not disappoint. My family are big cookers, and this just makes cooking twice as fun. They are gorgeous on the counter and cut through anything like butter.
