Functionally elegant

I chose this knife specifically for a few reasons. The detail on the blade, as well as the length, were perfect for my needs. The shape of the handle is, in my opinion, much better than traditional straight-handled knives - the little bit of contour helps it feel comfortable using a number of grips. The edge has yet to need anything more than honing maintenance (using it in a professional kitchen). The only problem I've faced so far is getting everyone to stop trying to take it and use it themselves.

Amazing Slicing Knife!!

Great all purpose knife

I bought this knife for carving chicken, duck, beef, etc. it’s really great for that. Its thin but sturdy blade makes slicing very easy. I also use it to Alice vegetables and it works great for that too.
