Unable to return

I returned this product to the store on Jan 29th. It is now Feb 12th. The company has finally initiated a refund both for half of my order. I have emailed 3 times with no response. Do Not purchase from this company.

Not What I Envisioned! I will not be using it

I did not like this bag. I did not know that this was vegan leather. It has no give to put enough things in it. The picture does not accurately look like the product. You got 2 stars for the lock.
