Trash

Received a used bag with no shoulder strap. Bag is coming apart at the top edges. How on earth they thought this was okay to ship and not damage out is beyond me. Negligent company. DO NOT ORDER.

I really like the purse but never received it FedX emailed that it was left at my apartment but never received it I was going to reorder but I had to pay again chose not to although Macy's did Refund my monies I wished FedX would have knocked at my door they did sent email that it was delivered but never got it I want this purse so much but I won't reorder unless it's handed to me Thank you so much for all

nice bag! I would love to know the deminsions. how would you expect anyone to order a bag with no deminsions or compartments emphasized
