Nice coat, but arrived with security tag attached

The coat itself is nice and looks good, but unfortunately it arrived with the security anti-theft tag still attached. This was inconvenient, as I had to go to a physical store to have it removed. Quality and fit are fine, but quality control during shipping should be better. Please make sure security tags are removed before sending items to customers.

This brand keeps surprising me.

This is the second piece I get from Mode of One and it's surprisingly warm. I thought it was going make me cold but not a second. Feels like a very expensive piece and the details are made to perfection.
