Delivery package was open, jacket was intact

Delivery was bad, package was opened and exposed, it was a birthday gift and second item delayed without communication. Luckily jacket was intact, but been weary to wear or use.

Sleeves too short

6’1” here. Sleeves on the XL were 1.5 inches too short to look good. Material felt cheap. Stitching was subpar. This is cheaply made clothing sold as upscale.
