Bad processing

My order was supposed to be ready for pickup, and it never got processed in time. When I tried to contact support to check on the order, it was shipped arriving a week after my daughter's wedding. Horrible experience!!!!

Buying a suit the day of homecoming!

The suit that we bought the Mode One for my son fit perfectly. He wore to homecoming and he looked awesome. It’s a very nice looking suit. We also bought him a shirt and a tie to go with it and I must point out that our sales person Frank in the men’s department at Macy’s in North Olmsted at great Northern Mall was amazing. He measured our son and helped us pick out everything we needed to go along with the suit in addition to helping him try the suits on. He couldn’t have been more patient and personable. Frank is a very professional sales person. We were rushed because our son didn’t tell us he was going to homecoming until the night before. We woke up the next day and were able to accomplish everything in about an hour. We have to thank Frank for that. He made what started to be a very stressful shopping experience into a very pleasant shopping experience.
