RETURNED AND NEVER RECEIVED MONEY BACK

Purchased this dress, it was nice but not for me. I returned the dress. I have proof that I have returned the dress and so does Macys but they never issued a refund. I spoke with 3 customer service reps all saying they would resolve the issue and never did. Had to now place the charge in dispute. Done shopping with Macys, always an issue!

My figure is not perfect enough to handle this.

I didn't want to order this dress because the model photos seemed off,. And of course not one single review. I couldn't properly imagine the dress. I'm barely 5'3" and a size medium and I hadn't heard of modernaire. I ordered it anyway because I was looking for a simple career dress that was cute. The sweater part is very stretchy, very thick, very soft, super cozy. I don't like the way it meets the skirt. t The extra gathering at the seams there makes it look like I'm wearing some kind of hoop or lots of taffeta underneath. It makes my non existant bum look vry existant. The dress makes my hips and waist look bigger. With a jacket over it, it looks cute but the skirt makes the jacket protrude, making me look fatter than I am. The thin model in the product image shows you what I'm taking about but the larger you are, the more emphasized that puffiness at the seams where the sweater meets the skirt. To make a long story shorter, the problem is mostly me.
