Uncomfortable!!!!!

Just received these chairs 10 min ago. They are beautiful, just like in the picture and you CAN'T SIT on them. They're hard and uncomfortable. You might as well sit in a piece of wood. Totally disappointed. I should have cancelled them! NEVER AGAIN!
