Waste of money

This chair did not last a year. It's operational "hold" of position failed. Too much money for a chair that does not last more than a year!

Only lasts a few months.

This chair lasted 7 months. The right arm connects to the seat and the back which wasn't a great design for wear and tear and the arm now has broken at the seat connector. So we have a practically new office chair with a broken arm. The window to return it closed in December.
