Did not receive this rug and was really looking forward to seeing it in my daughter’s room. Have not heard from anyone yet and will let them know

Did not receive

I really like this rug and purchased it for my daughter however I did not receive it. The app says that it’s on the way and the fedex website says it was delivered on time. Not sure how this can be fixed though.
