Don’t do it

I wanted to love these. I love the style of the shoe. I ordered them in 3 colors! The first color was the light beige, had a long scratch in the leather right on the top of the shoe, and the color was darker than what is listed, so I returned it. The second color (orange) had no scratches but the inside sole was coming apart, color was not as vibrant, and also returned. And then lastly the dark brown, nothing was wrong with it but the color was so dark it almost looked black. Not worth the money for the quality and the coloring is just off. Also you can return them in store you just need to make sure you have your order number handy.

You cannot return in Macy’s

I bought these shoes on the Macy's website, went to return them and they told me they couldn't return them because they were sold by another vendor, I don't care who sells them, as a Macy's buyer I came to Macy's because I bought them from this website and wanted to return them. A very unpleasant situation. I asked them to exchange them for a larger size because they were too small for me, they said they couldn't order them for me and I had to order them myself. What should I do with them then? Lately, Macy's costumer service has been really bad and I really don't like it. Never recommend!
