Buyers Beware

We ordered this chaise for a 4th of July gathering. After unboxing began assembling and realized the box contained 2 left arms. You can clearly see there is a finished side and a rough side. Reordered a replacement and again received chaise with 2 left arms. Completely unacceptable. Now I have 2 chairs with 4 left arms and 0 right arms.

Beautiful chair

The chair looks great on the patio. It was easy to install. The cushion slides when you sit on it. I put a gripper pad underneath and that helps a lot. Easy to move around the patio.

Very accommodating

I ordered a lounge chair with a brown cushion. Shipped was a great product however with a cream cushion. Very nice color but to light. I contacted the company via email but not expecting any reply or actions. Was I wrong! I was contacted by email with an apology. A few days later, a beautiful brown color slip covered arrived. The lounge chair is very attractive and well made. I highly recommend the product and company
