Chair is ok.

I had a problem with the recliner. The remote didn't work. I didn't like having to deal with Macy's vender to replace the remote. I bought the recliner from Macy's.

Delivery and Product Damage

Came in terrible condition (With apparent damage) due to poor handling by the delivery provider. Lift is dysfunctional and the frame is bent. We reached out to Customer Service with no response. It has been 5 weeks.

Terrible

I ordered the chair for my 93 year old mother. Macy's gave me such a hard time placing the order. I would never shop at Macy's again.
