I absolutely love Mont Blanc Explorer. From the moment I opened the box I could tell this was a quality purchase. The packaging came in thick sturdy cardboard that kept everything safe and secure. The bottle itself feels very high quality and has a nice weight to it which makes it feel luxurious when you pick it up. The scent is incredible and it lasts all day without needing to reapply. I have worn it from morning until evening and still catch whiffs of it hours later. Every time I wear it I get compliments and people asking what cologne it is. This is easily one of the best fragrances I have ever owned and I will definitely be purchasing it again. Five stars without hesitation.

Great scent, but strong.
This musky scent packs a punch! As soon as the cap is lifted from the bottle of Montblanc Explorer Extreme you can smell the notes of woods and leather mixed nicely with some spices and lemon. This smells like a much more expensive parfum and the scent lasts throughout the day. I do find it a bit heavy for morning/daytime use- I feel it would be a better fit for going out/evenings.

Absolutely gorgeous
This fragrance fits perfectly into the Explorer series we’ve all come to know and love over the years. Having worn it several times myself, here’s my personal take based on how my nose experiences it. The opening is almost like pineapple juice—bright and fresh—but without being sugary sweet, if that makes sense. Think of it like describing a wine as “dry” versus “sweet.” This pineapple note smells sweet, yet remains “dry” in the best possible way. It actually reminds me a bit of Explorer Platinum. As it settles, you get that warm, sultry, mysterious molasses-like dry down—cozy, inviting, and intimate. Honestly, it’s fantastic enough to stand on its own as a signature scent. But here’s where it gets even better: spray it on your pulse points, close to the skin, and then layer Mont Blanc Explorer EDP over the top. Ohhh sweet mercy… the result is absolutely gorgeous.

Pleasant earthy scent
It comes in a nice bottle that fits easily into your hand. The scent is a pleasant earthy and natural smell. I have gotten many compliments on it as I wear it out and about.

Great packaging and great scent!
I was asked to review MontBlanc Explorer Extreme. The bottle is very appealing. I love the black and gold lettering on the packaging. The scent is not over powering which is important to me. You need very little and it lasts all day. I have never bought MontBlanc before but I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Doesn’t disappoint
Right of the first spray, this rich concentrated parfum projects strong. To my scent it’s leathery and a bit citrusy. Ladies love this scent profile and that for me is a plus!
