HUGELY WIDE

I loved the Yellow dress. But after receiving it, the bottom/skirt part of the dress is sooo hugely wide... like iam wearing a big persian rug. My size is Large but even Medium was too crazily wide. FYI- chest area and sleeves fit perfect.
