Return Nightmare

This was a gift for my daughter. Item did not fit the way she wanted it to. Started the return on Macy’s, even after it was dropped off at UPS the status on the website stayed at Return Initiated. Item has been confirmed returned with UPS, Macy’s website still showing Return Initiated, tried to email the vendor 3 times and got a bounce back on the emails, mailbox wasn’t found or mailbox is unavailable. Very frustrated with the Vendor Topson Downs
