Zipper gets stuck

This sweater has great potential to be a beautiful and cozy maternity sweater, but the zipper came stuck, and once I was able to release it, it got stuck 1000 times everywhere else. The zipper on the sides also got stuck multiple times. I am returning it.

Not warm at all and zipper gets stuck

I have to return this, it might be perfect for a San Fransisco winter but not a New York one! The filling in the puffer coat is extremely light and definitely not for northern climates. Also, the design is extremely poor, there is fabric around the zipper that got caught in the zipper 3 out of the 4 times I zipped and unzipped the coat.
