Great resource

Excellent resource for anyone seeking to further their flexibility using yoga and gymnastics. It's A bit out of my league with 2 spinal fusions ,but for a young person seeking fitness. It will help motivate and instruct in their principles of 'AgroYoga'. Many excellent pictures and descriptions of exercises to build on. Interesting subject. I read and ARC of this book but was under no obligation to write a review. The opinions expressed are my own. Thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for the opportunity to peruse tis book.

A fun way to move with a partner/friends

Honestly loved this book. It is well laid out, thorough in explaining how to do things(including pictures for what it should look like) and easy to use. My husband and I had a great time trying different combinations. Want to reconnect with your spouse/bf/gf/ friends? Get this book and start playing. Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for the ARC.
