received it damaged twice.

I ordered the first time to be shipped to me and received it with the entire head broken off. There's no option to exchange so I had to return and repurchase... I had it shipped to the store the second time to save on shipping and received it with the entire head broken off, again. they wouldn't let me process an exchange online and I was told to return it to the store instead, just checked online and the product isn't even available anymore so now i've missed out on it completely

disappointed in the packing

Ears Are Chipped

I ordered 3 Mr. Christmas reindeer ornaments and on all 3 deer, the ears are chipped. This is extremely disappointing.

Broken Items

Beware! This is the third thing from Mr. Christmas that has arrived broken! Macy's has returned each item with great customer service but such a bummer since I wanted these items for Xmas.
