Not good at all

This must have been a returned item. The box was resealed and the parts were loose in the box. I didn't even take it out of the box. It is going back.

Wanted to love it but

Unfortunately, design of the top part is bad - it droops. We had to secure it with tape and a stick, and it still droops.

DO NOT PURCHASE

We were so disappointed in these trees! When we opened the box we could see a few bulbs had fallen off the branches. We thought we could just replace them. When we took them out of the bag the balls just continued to fall off everywhere! We immediately put them back in the bag and back in the box. We did not even get them set up! These are outside trees. What would happen in the wind & snow?? For the price paid, these trees are TERRIBLE! SO DISAPPOINTED

Not what you’re paying for.

Tree looked ok but just taking it out of the wrapper caused many of balls and berries to fall off. When attempting to shape the tree the branches came loose from the trunk and then they swung whichever way they wanted and wouldn’t stay in place. I will try some white tape to secure. If that doesn’t help the tree will be returned. Stay away. It seems it this case you don’t gat what you paid for! Certainly not Macy quality.
