Ordered online. Didn't like the fact that there was really no waistband. Sizing was accurate and looks like photo. But for those women with a "tummy problem", this skirt will not minimize the look.

Basic black skirt

Bought for a formal wedding but will be wearing it for many more events this fall/winter. Elastic waist allowed it to fit comfortably. Nice fabric.

Love it except it’s not Midi , it’s Maxi length

I ordered this dressy skirt along with purchasing a dressy top in mind for an upcoming occasion I will be attending. I am pleased with the fit and fabric, but was surprised that this skirt was maxi length as it was presented both in the picture and the title and the description as midi. Because, I live in a rural area and it s very difficult to travel to a Macys ( 2 hours from my home) I had to bring it to a seamstress to be shortened. Ordinarily, I would hem it myself , but the skirt is two layers with the over layer being a chiffon type material and I don’t have the proper sewing devices to do it myself. This is now an extra cost.
