Where is it!

Ordered this a month ago. Keep getting message “shipped” with no tracking. At least say back ordered when I’m looking at it to purchase. I will immediately return this because of the inconvenience. If I get it.

I love the fabric, the color and the style, but it will not stay on my arms and looks stupid when it rides up to my neck.

looked like someone wore it, had multiple stains. Not a good quality material
