Pretty but question sizing

A very pretty print summer dress. Unfortunately, I question the quality of fabric, workmanship and sizing. I wear an 8petite. I am 5’2 and weigh 130 lbs. An 8Petite fits perfectly. The waist on this measured 26 inches with hardly any stretch in it. Definitely a return. Tried on the next size….way too big. It’s the inconsistency of clothing that so frustrating. Won’t be buying dresses on line anymore.

Pretty but quite tight.

It’s a pretty dress n light material. However, d top feels quite tight. Maybe I should had ordered a size higher. Anyway, I already found something else from d store.
