Did not fit properly But a really nice dress

This is a really nice dress however it didn’t fit me properly in the chest area. I am 5 foot three and 143 pounds and I bought the petite large. My bust is a 36C. The dress came to right above the knee and I really loved the bottom of the dress. The waist fit pretty good. However, the top was too tight when I lifted my arms. So if a person might be a 32 or a 34 chest size then it may fit great. Wish I could’ve kept it
