Cute for younger person

Cute but a bit young for me (I am in my 60's and always looking for dresses with sleeves to cover my skinny upper arms). Also did not have a lot of shape to it but I am pretty small (5'0" and 100 lbs). It looks like it would be super cute on the right person with a bit more size to them!

Cute Dress

This is an adorable little black dress! The only thing is the V is a little too deep for me, so I'll have to wear a scarf or little cami with the dress. The bottom ruffles are not too much but are tasteful and cute. The dress is a good length and the material is soft and comfortable. But I'm short waisted so V necks are usually too low so it may be perfect for taller petites.
