Terrible quality falling apart!

I would rate this a negative 5 if I could. I bought this dress to wear to a fall wedding, it came 2 days before I was leaving town only because I paid extra to have it ship it faster. When it arrived, I noticed there were a number of rips in the ruffled layers but since I work, I had no time to shop for another dress. I actually had to hand sew it on my way up north to the wedding fortunately it was a 3-hour drive, and my husband was driving so I was able to hand sew those areas that needed repairing. However, while I am repairing the dress, I saw how poor the quality of the sewing was the tension on the sewing machine of whom ever sewed it was definitely having a problem. there were loose threads everywhere just waiting to unravel you see this when the tension on a sewing machine is having a problem. Needless to say, I did not feel good about my appearance at the wedding I was just trying to make the best of an impossible situation!

Too snug allover. The collar on the dress doesn't really lay down, so would be irritating. Ran small. Pretty fabric.
