Not quite what it seems

The dress is described as a "Fit & Flare Dress" but it is designed as a tent with a belt to help establish a waistline. The dress was not designed to have a fit and flare pattern but substituted a belt to draw in the middle of the dress to give that allusion. I tried to make it work but I was not pleased or satisfied enough so I returned it and chose another outfit for my event.
