Received Wrong product

Two orders, Two failures

I attempted to purchase a dress twice, and both experiences were extremely disappointing. The first time I placed the order, days—and possibly even a week or two—went by without receiving anything. When I finally contacted customer service, I was told the dress I ordered was no longer in stock. I decided to place a second order, but when it arrived, it was a completely different dress than the one I had ordered. After two failed attempts, I’ve lost confidence in Macy’s ordering and fulfillment process. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me that I will no longer be shopping at Macy’s.

Gorgeous Dress

This dress is gorgeous! I’m 5'2" and 145 lbs, and the size medium fit me perfectly. The length reached my ankles and looked amazing. I received so many compliments while wearing it. The material is great quality—not too thin and not too heavy. It’s perfect for a nice evening out, as a wedding guest, or for any other special occasion.
